Day 16 – The devil

A night on the town with my Favorite Capricorn Friend!!!
The Program was followed today & had a fantastic evening with a friend.
Day 17 – The tower

Today It all Fell apart!
After a late evening last night & waking up late this am… Today was total reaction day…
I was only able to get in a pm walk.
I felt Totally unready for the day, But I did my best.
Day 18 – The star

Near the End or a new beginning?
A fantastic day in the park. I took my mom out for the memorial day weekend and we both got our steps in for the day.
I felt as if the end of the road is soon arriving, or has it?
I haven’t been super consistent, but do celebrate every success and if the next day, I do not perform up to what I had planned, I only use positive reinforcement to continue moving forward each day.
Day 19- The moon

More than Just a walk!
Today, was way more than a walk, a full workout and it feels great!
Listen to your body & know where you need to stop.
Day 20- The sun

Memorial Day.
No working today, only fun and celebration…
No work today!
Day 21 – judgement

Too much fun Leads to a crash!
With all the festivities over the memorial day weekend and feeling run down, today was another rest day!
Judgement asks us to revisit our confusion and learn from our mistakes, be grateful for our accomplishments and decide what we need to learn, change and grow from.
Do we continue down this path with a different approach? what needs to change within you, or your routine to be able to achieve the level of success you desire?
Day 22 – the world

This Moment right Now!
at the end of our journey, of all 22 days, 6 of them were Rest days & 2 of them where unplanned rest days.
Now is the time for a congrats to yourself if you felt like you under performed…. That is how I currently feel.
I will continue to move forward, be as consistent as I can, and I will be changing up my time of workouts to the very first thing I do after waking up.
