Feeling stuck in life? I used tarot for 22 days to build momentum!

Did tarot work?

Have you ever been stuck in a liminal space? You know the feeling… Either after a catastrophe or just before a blessing.

OR…

You have this unwillingness to change…

So you find yourself in the middle of two places, realities, worlds, or dimensions. However you want to perceive this place that you are in, or however you feel about the uncertainty…

I find myself in this space right now!

There are many ways I could handle this spot I’m in… But only one way across the seemingly vastness of this maze.

I will stop thinking like myself & start thinking like the major arcana!

The Rules for this challenge!

  • Pick one Small Goal to achieve
  • Get emotional! 5 minutes daily to get excited for change.
  • Set Aside 1 Hour every day to give it my best and move into action with intent!
  • Repeat daily affirmations!
  • Commit to take a step, one day at a time for 22 Days!

Day 1 – The fool & My Goal

Build a fitness habit.

Today is about just starting and doing your best, but its okay if you do it badly!

In Fact, My first day was horrible…. But I showed up, gave it my best and every time I felt my mind criticize me, I spoke out loud my fool’s affirmation!

The mind is a funny thing, your best friend or worst enemy.

My mind kept thinking about my past & my past experiences on how good I was at fitness…

But that was the old me! I am not that man at the moment, but my ego needed it for some reason.

I released this old self, and continued attacking my minds attacks with affirmations!

By the day’s end, I felt amazing, accomplished, and motivated for the next day!

Day 2 – The magician

Today is about using what you already have.

After not using my body in a workout for a while, today is recovery, walking & staying active throughout the day.

The walk was peaceful, and grounding as I meditated and spoke more daily affirmations towards my goal….

Building more momentum!

I focused my energy on this goal and blocked time in my schedule to secure this 22 day challenge.

I walked over 10K steps, ate 500 calories less than expended and walked at a brisk pace for over an hour.

After this workout recovery, I spent some time working with Tarot and Pluto.

I highly recommend doing something that fills you up after your workout or walk.

Normally, I would Recommend doing activities before the workout in case of fatigue, but this challenge is not based on results…

This challenge is about developing an easy win and momentum while staying healthy and integrating spirituality into your daily life.

Day 3 – The high priestess- How long until the shadow comes out to play???
